ORDERING
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment being received. We will endeavor to let you know as soon as possible if there is a lead-time on a product that we need to make especially for you.
We will take your payment via Paypal in our online shop, as it is fast, safe and secure.
Once we have received payment you will receive an email informing you of an estimated delivery date.
Please email us if they do not reach you in time, or in the unlikely event that goods become damaged during postage so we can help to investigate this for you. We will not accept any responsibility for the damage or loss in these circumstances. We are not obliged to reimburse you if we don’t hear from you about these situations immediately.
DELIVERY
We ship anywhere in the UK via courier, tracked. We also ship to EU and US.
The price for postage can be seen as you proceed to the checkout. Please select your country of destination as pricing is calculated on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Orders outside the UK are sent via Airmail, which can take up to can take 3-5 within the EU, up to 7 working days for rest of Europe and up to 10 working days for destinations outside.
If you can't see your country in the list or require a faster service, then please get in touch and we will happily get a quote for you.
Custom fees, duty and import charges/ taxes may apply to overseas destinations. Laura Slater is not responsible for any of these additional charges that may be incurred by our goods being shipped to your country.
RETURNS
We want you to love our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy then please tell us straight away and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds and returns will be made at the discretion of Laura Slater.
If a refund is required then you must return the goods in their original condition within seven working days of delivery and we will refund you within 30 days providing the goods are returned in a saleable condition.
We are unable to reimburse the postage on items that are being returned unless they are faulty.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
We take every care to ensure the contents of this website are correct and accurately depict our products in terms of finish and colour to date.
However as many of our products are hand screen printed there may be slight variations from product to product, we particularly strive to maintain colour accuracy as much as possible cross our products.

Any unauthorised use of the material of Laura Slater may infringe copyright laws, trade mark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.

MANUFACTURE AND AFTERCARE
All products made by Laura Slater are hand screen printed with Industry standard Eco Printing Inks. All our products are made and finished by hand in UK.
All our textile products are printed onto 100% Linen and are hand finished.
Textile Care- Hand wash gently with mild detergent or dry clean only. Iron on reverse ONLY.
Lampshade Care- Wipe gently with damp cloth on both outside and inside of lampshade for cleaning.
